If you believe you qualify for a home according to the above guidelines, we encourage you to fill out and submit our homeowner application form.  All information is considered confidential and is to be used only for family selection. The application process takes between two and three months.

To submit an application, right-click the icon below and select “Save Link As…” (or similar depending on your browser) and download the file. You will need a PDF reader to open the application. Print the application form, fill it out and mail it to Habitat. Instructions are included on the form.
